Social Media Management

At Giant Noise, I helped create and manage social media content for Home Slice Pizza, a beloved Austin restaurant. My role involved creating video and photoshoot content, writing copy, editing reels, and developing the brand's messaging for its 40K followers. I was also tasked with scheduling content on Sprout Social, and compiling monthly reports.

Giant Noise specializes in TikTok production for this well-known Austin restaurant. In my role, I assisted with video shoots and identified popular trends for the restaurant, which contributed to its 1.6 million likes and 275K followers.

For this entertainment news outlet, I regularly. produce social media content to promote upcoming film and television projects. This includes creating graphics, editing interviews for short-form video coverage, and covering events our team attends.

For this Giant Noise client, I led photo and video shoots, developed content calendars, and scheduled monthly content on Sprout Social.

At Giant Noise, I created social content for former NFL player and UT Austin alumnus Derrick Johnson's non-profit organization, Defend The Dream. The organization improves learning environments by renovating inner-city elementary school libraries. I planned and scheduled monthly social content, shot and edited informative reels, and curated reading lists for the organization's monthly newsletter.

Another Giant Noise client I worked with was Main Streat Food Hall. For this client, I developed monthly content calendars, planned content shoots, researched trends, edited reels, wrote creative copy, and compiled monthly performance reports.

As the Social Media Coordinator for The Standard Austin, I am responsible for maintaining a consistent posting schedule, creating engaging content, and increasing interest in the student housing community.

As a creative exercise, I am a co-host of an entertainment news podcast. I lead discussions on current trends, popular culture, film, television, and book reviews. I am responsible for managing the social media page, and creating Canva graphics that align with the brand messaging.

This Giant Noise client was a great creative exercise as I was trusted to design and lead video and photoshoots for several campaigns for this restaurant. I consistently crafted creative copy, edited reels, and generated monthly reports for the company. Additionally, I scheduled their monthly content using Sprout Social.

As Social Media Manager for this FCC-licensed Texas Student Television program, I led a team in showcasing weekly episodes, achievements, and student talent through content creation, copywriting, red-carpet coverage, and market outreach. During SXSW 2023 and 2024, I managed a team that efficiently covered all 36 film and television premieres throughout the festival.

I was responsible for scheduling Twang's social content on Sprout Social in a timely manner for their Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts. At Giant Noise, my team also brainstormed creative content to raise consumer engagement and grow their Instagram following to 20.5K followers.

Another H-E-B restaurant I assisted with was True Texas BBQ. I reached out to influencers for brand deals, compiled performance data, scheduled content, and developed creative content ideas. While at Giant Noise, I helped grow the restaurant's Instagram page to 20K followers.

This Giant Noise client was an exciting creative project where I led several photo and video shoots for their Instagram and TikTok accounts. While at Giant Noise, my team and I successfully grew their Instagram audience to 30K followers. Additionally, I wrote compelling copy, edited reels, and compiled marketing reports for this client.

I represented Giant Noise at special events hosted by Central Machine Works. My role was to showcase the company and drive audience engagement through dynamic event coverage across social media platforms, which helped grow their Instagram audience to 29K followers.

To raise awareness for a student-made film at the University of Texas, I took the initiative to create a social media campaign for the project. Striving to align with the desired messaging of the producers and directors, I developed tailored content to promote the film. I achieved this by writing engaging copy, designing fundraising graphics, and creating reels that reflected the film's theme. I conducted behind-the-scenes interviews, and developed a weekly posting schedule to generate buzz for the upcoming premiere. The film was a major success and was selected for The San Antonio Film Festival, which inspired me to create official film posters and additional announcements highlighting its achievements.

I developed monthly content calendars for this San Antonio housing company. Additionally, I was tasked with researching upcoming events and local businesses to feature on the apartment's social media platforms.
